Heather has taken on the leadership role and being a true champion of CalSAWS transition at Santa Clara. She set example for her entire team to prioritize support DEBS business needs first foremost collaborating with SSPM Network Champions while maintaining their regular responsibilities.  We are very blessed appreciative team! been super busy ‘all things’ CalSAWS pulled in bunch directions still makes time meet all us answer tons questions.  Plus she does it smile.  When rest may be feeling frustrated overwhelmed remains calm turn helps through this major change. amazing.
