I believe it is a net good for artists. think has been able to give space artists who may not have access other means share their work. It also resulted in being discovered work when they had industry connections. gives the everyday person more interact with art and criticism as now almost immediately available archives on social media platforms. But obviously hasn't perfect theft result another can of worms but impact good.
