I love how Tom’s face lights up when staff walk into the room! Tom is cheerful and upbeat and is a breath of fresh air! Tom exudes Joy and loves getting to know others. Tom knows his routine well and is great at directing his cares. Tom plays the best music which helps boost everyone's mood. Tom always has a bright smile when you go say hi and I enjoy visiting him while helping him with his meals. Tom is a great director of his cares knows what he wants. Though Tom worries often he enjoys reassurance that he is safe and really apricates explanation before starting cares. Tom cares about everyone's happiness and enjoys spending time with staff friends and family. Tom has a honest kindness about himself I appreciate how he gives you a genuine smile when you walk in the room. He is willing to work hard and is a team player. He loves people! He does not judge people. He has a great sense of humor. I appreciate Tom’s love for games/sports and his positive attitude My favorite thing about Tom is that he can always find joy in the little things and in doing so can find a way to brighten anyone’s day he interacts with. Tom has the biggest most genuine smile. He brightens my day when I walk in the room and he gives me a nice big grin. Tom loves music! He knows so many songs and the artists that sing them. He uses Alexa to request music on. Having music on when helping him with ADLs makes the time so enjoyable. He likes to have fun! Tom loves sports! He's a wealth of information when it comes to sharing how the teams are doing when games are going to be televised etc. I love his sense of humor. Tom has a great smile Tom is a fan of all things sports especially Minnesota based teams Tom is an encyclopedia of sports knowledge and knows when all the games are starting and what channel they are playing on. He has a great smile and is very genuine! I appreciate Tom’s positive attitude and willingness to try new things. I really appreciate his love for the MN State Fair Reality TV (Golden Bachelor) and Sports (Vikings)! Tom has a very kind heart and is appreciative of all who help him. Even when we had float nurses who had him for the first time he would encourage them and tell them they did a really good job that day. I love working with Tom. He is always so positive and says “hi” to everyone he knows. He is never in a bad mood even when he says he is. One of my absolute favorite things about Tom is his positivity I appreciate Tom’s friendliness and kind smile. Tom never gives up. He is more resilient than he knows!
