It's rare when supervisors gets recognized by a customer well today I have to recognize her (Julia) myself because without wouldn't gotten my compliment from the cust had customer who wanted do return but put back on original form of payment and didn't want an EGC package arrived late outside 30 days window so partnered in CCC Julia messaged me gave solution (that think about made sense) that got cust which was not expecting couldn't done it Julia's genius problem solving skills take all fame myself.
