Project 2025 is the plan for an 180 Day Presidential Transition following the 2024 election in the case of the republican candidate taking the presidency. All of this is spear-headed by key members of the Heritage Foundation a far-right conservative think tank that has held influence over U.S. politics since the Reagan Administration. In Ronald Reagan's presidency alone the Heritage Foundation's Mandate for Leadership was given to every member of Reagan's cabinet and over 60% of the proposed policies were followed through by the end of his presidency. But why does this matter to you? One of the key points of Project 2025 is promoting the nuclear family and the nuclear family alone. It will go in great lengths to restrict LGBTQ+ and Women's Rights such as a nationwide abortion ban allowing employers to discriminate against employees based on their gender or sexual orientation and using the FCC to revoke free speech against what is considered to be illegal content. This can range from Pornography (Because face it we are undertale fans we've all searched for it at one point or another) all the way to barring LGBTQ+ discussion. Again why does this matter? Because no matter what you believe in both Undertale and Deltarune clearly promote LGBTQ+ themes such as the promotion of same sex relationships the stories of transition characters who go by They/Them pronouns. Even if all you cared about was Sans and Papyrus it's safe to say they'd bar discussion of Undertale and Deltarune. And this could target even more of your favorite works of media if it dares oppose their agenda!
