The Spirit of the Lord God to bind up the brokenhearted is upon me Because the Lord has anointed To bring good news to afflicted He sent me proclaim liberty captives And freedom prisoners favorable year of Lord day vengeance our God comfort all who mourn grant those mourn in Zion Giving them a garland instead ashes The oil gladness mourning mantle praise spirit fainting So they will be called oaks righteousness planting that may glorified. Then rebuild ancient ruins They raise up former devastations repair ruined cities desolations many generations
