Troy continues to prove daily that he is the true backbone of the team. Its not an ebb and flow but just a constant presence and doing the things that are required without any complaints. Today we had a very large impact within the environment and when we are working towards resolution Troy is already setting up the captures we need and feeding us more data to help get things resolved more efficiently. Finding the answer in such a layered and complicated network takes diligence and patience and Troy does more than his part to bring us to resolution. There are very few people I would rather be engaged with on crazy calls as I know we can work seamlessly together. Kudos Troy. You are the best.
