So I exhort the elders among you as a fellow elder and witness of sufferings Christ well partaker in glory that is going to be revealed: shepherd flock God exercising oversight not under compulsion but willingly would have you for shameful gain eagerly domineering over those your charge being examples flock. And when chief Shepherd appears you will receive unfading crown glory.
